UPDATES FROM THE CONSTRUCTION SITE - Updated May 1, 2025

Have you passed by the Obama Presidential Center site recently? If so, you may have noticed a number of changes, including the installation of the stone facade and Sky Room glass on the Museum Building.

As we head into the last full year of construction, there is activity everywhere you turn — both on the exterior and interior. Here is the latest from Jackson Park:

The Museum building stone facade is in the final stages of installation
Polished flooring on the garden level is nearing completion
Wood flooring within the Museum is halfway finished
Landscaping activities are resuming as we enter spring
