Established in 1988, Brown & Momen, Inc. is a professional Chicago based corporation providing comprehensive services in general contracting, construction management, owner’s representation, and carpentry. We are committed to construction excellence and project control. These services, frequently presented under the label of construction “Construction Management”, are primarily directed to save time and cost for the owner and to protect his or her interest in an unpredictable construction market.
Brown & Momen, Inc. has demonstrated commitment to both minority residents and businesses within the City of Chicago. Part of our business model is to provide assistance and instructions to both established and emerging minority contractors, providing them tangible opportunities on those projects that we act as the General Contractor and / or Construction Manager. This includes assisting with bid preparation, to negotiating with vendors to advancing funds for payroll and materials. We work as a team with our subcontractors, owners and end users to ensure project success.
